The building hosts a high-tech, three-star design edifice merged between light and hard — a contrast built from a modern metallic light grid. The overall project creates a splendid result of delicacy and strength, optimizing the connections between the different functions of the workspaces, from reception to management.
The façade is layered with metal brise-soleil based on a sophisticated pattern. The fairy geometry becomes a complex visual providing maximum shading for the building's interior — functional and aesthetic in equal measure. At night, the double ergonometric skin is delicately illuminated, giving pixels of light to the edifice and making it shine like a diamond.
Create two iconic buildings: the first hosting the Islamic Insurance offices, the second — similarly unique — hosting offices for rent and sale, completing the fairytale aspect of the project.
